Indian Mainstream Media-True Merchants of Hate

Without an iota of doubt Modi’s administrative acumen and record in governance is outstanding but I held the view that Modi was an albatross around BJP’ neck in advancing their electoral fortunes at the national level and possible impediment in achieving the objectives of any Indian centre right political project. But now i am increasingly reconciling to the view that Modi is a historical neccesity.

One has to see the newschannels to believe the virulence and viciousness with which the MSM goes after Modi.The ugly manifestation of this media manufactured ‘secular’ outrage over the purported ‘hate’ speech’ was evident in last night’s episode of ‘Face the Nation’ anchored by Vidya Shankar Aiyar, relative of Mani Aiyar and journalist of dubious antecedents who incidentally found himself on the wrong side of the law in Singapore not long ago. Like the proverbial devil quoting the scriptures, Vidya Aiyar was reading the portions of the law pertaining to hate speech. At end of it, he cut a sorry figure as he was unable to figure which part of the law Modi had breached .He miserably failed in his attempts to locate it within the contours of religious hate speech .He tried fitting his accusation in the framework of regional chauvinism. The he resorted to typical red herring perfected by these third-rate telejournalist when their inadequacies and subnormal intelligence levels are all too evident- invoking irrelevant comparison to obfuscate the issue .Then he tried to get the panelist involved in this dubious exercise.Lord Meghnad Desai(no fan of Modi) who was one of the panelist refused to come to poor Vidya ’s recue by clearly pointing out Modi did not breach any law(Desai had gone through the speech and felt the only thing Modi could be accused of was political incorrectness-fair point)

WTF since when did allusion to Sohrabudding get translated as slur on the Muslim community.If i were a Muslim,i would feel humiliated by Teesta’s complaint and perverted sense of secularism that pitchforks Sohrabuddin as representative of the Muslim community

There is a grave threat to the democratic institutions in this country -its infiltrated by third rate scums whose credential starts and ends with unstinted loyalty to the first family.It sends shivers down this blogger’s spine that such dubious family bootlickers and people who managed the kitchen in 10 Janpath are now holding key constitutional positions

Meanwhile Advani and others in BJP are simply unable to recover from the malaise of ‘Panditji’ culture inflicted on the party by Vajpayee and his cohorts.Its sad to see Advani making pathetic conciliatory gestures when Sonia has launched no-holds barred campaign of hate against the party. Its time they rediscover the belliigerence that catapulted them in to the centrestage of politics.I was shocked to see Advani quoting The Hindu and N.Ram during the LS debate.Mr Advani- -you are one politican this blogger greatly admires but can't decipher why you are perpetually in search of ‘mainstream ‘respectability .For all your impeccable integrity and intellectual calibre you will never earn the respect of media and intelligenstia.It will be accorded to any lowly creatures with an certain surname.

Apologies for the digression.This blogger is pretty convinced that Modi brings out the worst form of hidden caste and class prejudices of Indian MSM.He belongs to a poor backward caste group (point that hardly gets mentioned in the MSM which otherwise has no qualms in celeberating Laloo type of regressive OBC politics) He is emerging as pan India leader. He is only politician in India who believes in genuine economic reforms.He is not the suave English speaking type but his achievements tower in comparison to the paper tigers.True man of action who has delivered on social and economic front.

Likes of Sardesai and Barkha clearly recognise that Modi is the only challenge to the pretty,young ‘handsome’ Congress faces whom this parasitic journalist class wants to rule the country.In reward of sycophantic services,these journalist will get to wine and dine with the Gen Next politicans and write pieces boasting of their closeness to the ruling class by giving teasers and tidbits about their personal lives as proof of it.Ofcourse they will line up their pockets too.Such bloody creatures these journos are

One has to give credit to the forces who are in the forefront of this campaign of calumny launched against Modi i.e closet Abrahimic fundamentalists masquerading as secularist (likes of Javed Akhtar/Teesta) ,overt fundamentalist and religious bigots like Father Cedric Prakash , the dubious professional secularist and sections of Indian MSM (which is in connivance with the first family and has enormously profited itself courtesy the crumps thrown at them by the Family ).They have great sense of history.They clearly recognise the implication of a Narendra Modi victory in the election.What explains the vigor and energy with which Sonia is campaigning .Modi is the greatest stumbling block to the covert ,subtle religious agenda of the Abrahamic religious forces who have contrary to all their expectation,met with stiff and determined challenge in India

Also final word on Indian Express-how long will that scumbag Shekhar Gupta continue this existence as sycophantic spindoctor of the first family.Not a word on ‘Merchant of death ‘ speech but he loses no time in writting editorial on Modi’s speech.Hypocrite of the worst order
